26 Years of Service
From the Badge to the Next Generation
Before he was a mentor, Raul Collins served 26 years with the Houston Police Department, retiring as a Senior Police Officer with more than 80 commendations and zero Internal Affairs complaints. Today he brings that same integrity to guiding young people toward better choices.
